Italians are a visual people with little passion for reading.

 

When the government asked for our help in encouraging Italians to read more we chose very few words to tell our story.

 

Sales of books increased 40% during “Books Day” despite no incentives or discounts being offered. The initiative is now an ongoing annual event.

 

The ad was awarded a Gold at Mezzominuto D’Oro.

 

BEHIND THE SCENES: We worked with “real” people rather than actors. These two men were found in the local bar. We offered them Grappa to help make them sweat and put bricks in “Mimmo’s” suitcase to make it look and feel heavier as he ran. The De Niro Method School of Acting would be proud.
